The Efficient Workout

Work out smarter, not just harder

Most people don’t need more time exercising. They need a smarter approach. In this hands-on session, I teach your team to get more from every minute they train, using the few exercises that matter most and the form that makes them work. Exercise should support your life, not take it over. No gym experience needed, and the session works with whatever space and equipment you have.

Attendees walk away with…

  • Better movement and confidence on the key exercises
  • Cues that help you engage the right muscles and get more from every rep
  • Mobility drills to counter long hours at a desk
  • A simple, time-efficient approach to structuring your workouts

Format: 60 minutes, hands-on, in your on-site gym, wellness room or open activity space. Small groups work best.

Great for: workplaces with an on-site gym or wellness room, and apartment communities with a fitness center or open activity space.

Both sessions are open to all genders and fitness levels, and can be tailored to your team’s schedule and space.

About Luke

I’m a health and fitness coach with more than 15 years in the fitness industry and a foundation in Exercise Science Kinesiology. I’ve worked with professional and Olympic-level athletes, and I coach business owners and busy professionals.
My approach starts with a simple belief: fitness should help you get more out of your life. That means better movement, realistic habits, and a plan people can actually stick to.
I also run an online coaching practice, Fit Men Project, where I work with clients one on one.
